WARHAG
since circa 2002
WARHAG is a band that truly defines "Imperial Quality Metal". Powerful compositions, intelligent lyrics, and quality musicianship abound throughout the songs. Formed 6 years ago, WARHAG has survived the standard perils of bands and continues stronger than ever. Led by guitarist Kurt Phillips and vocalist Dawn Hatchard, the band has amassed a large catalogue of material and along the way captured the 2006 "Metal Band of the Year" Award from B.C. Scorpion Music Awards. Arriving back on the Island in November 2007, the band is currently seeking a rhythm section of talented and dedicated players. While that search is in progress, they continue in songwriting/demo recording mode.
