It's a NUVO WAVO Halloween Costume Party . . . wear your weirdest and wackiest new wave gear, or anything you damn well please, for what will be Victoria's hottest Halloween bash! Featuring the coolest tunes from the new wave era of the late 70s/early 80s, with great sound, lights and visuals. Spooky!
