Event Description
The Civic Orchestra of Victoria presents a Celebration of Great Masterworks - featuring time-honoured orchestral works from composers across the globe. The Orchestra welcomes guest conductor, Dr. Gerald King, to the podium for this program. Dr. King is internationally recognized as one of Canada's most respected conductors, adjudicators, educators and keynote speakers, and the Orchestra is delighted to be making music under his direction.

Mozart - Overture to the Magic Flute
Elgar - Nimrod (from the Enigma Variations)
Rimsky-Korsakov - Capriccio Espagnol
Humperdinck - Hansel and Gretel, Prelude
Marquez - Danzon No. 2
$2 from every ticket sold will be donated to the Ukraine Humanitarian Crisis Appeal via the Canadian Red Cross.

Advance tickets are only available for purchase online. Any unsold tickets will be available for purchase at the door 30 minutes prior to the concert, however advance purchase is preferred to avoid congestion at the door.
