A new art class is here and it will have you making a fashion statement! This fun and fresh online workshop is BYODJ: bring your own denim jacket! Hop on Zoom with painter and muralist Kathleen Stroman and learn how to make a show-stopping garment to keep or to give as a gift.

Participants will explore what it's like to paint on fabric. As a trained graphic artist, Kathleen has a strong understanding for design, colour, and flow. Her experience in advertising and design has guided her in her work as an artist of many mediums from painting murals to windows, to apparel. Kathleen will show you how denim can be dazzling. She'll share the techniques that she uses and will help you discover what works best for you.

Fabric paint will be provided, but some supplies will need to be purchased prior to. Check your local dollar store, thrift shop, or your own home. Visit our website for full details on supplies.
