Event Description
**EARLY SHOW - DOORS @ 6PM**
Sorry Edith and local Victoria bands Bloody Whilma and Fall Fair Car, are playing an early show at the vintage Copper Owl!
Sorry Edith - The post-punk revival triad, Sorry Edith, began in a dusty old artist studio above a heavy metal jam space in East Vancouver. Pulling influences from grunge to synth pop - Aubrey, Deona, and Kaylee, fall nothing short of deftly produced minerals and stones.

Fall Fair Car - For the past 7 years, Fall Fair Car have been bringing their brand of garage rock with a hint of alt country to Victoria's eclectic indie music scene. Led by brothers Jes & Evan Matthiesen, who keep themselves distracted by their other projects (The Plodes, The This, Moonbat, Chinatown Sessions), and joined with bassist Ben Arscott, their latest EP "Port Machine Works", named after their now defunct family business, features songs about growing up in Port Alberni and the changes of city life.

"Aleshia St Cyr is a Canadian artist, born and raised on PEI and currently resides in Vancouver. Incredibly excited to support an amazing band like Sorry Edith, not only are they inspiring but also go hand in hand with what influences her paintings; strong females, folklores and story telling, and all things taboo. You can view more of Aleshia St Cyr's art on Instagram at @shittyliquor"
