Daniela S. Herold is a German-Canadian painter living and working in Victoria, B.C. Daniela uses oil paint as her main means of expression, but her studio practice at the gallery 'Xchanges' also includes the permeable genres of drawing, mixed media and photography. The artist, who has studied at the Academy for Realist Art in Victoria, was first taught how to draw and paint at a young age by her Grandfather, German painter Daniel Siegel. Her work has been exhibited at various events in Germany and Canada, e.g. the Sooke Fine Arts Show.
