Event Description

To say "Cannibal Corpse are the biggest death metal band in the world" admittedly, is a lofty declaration; one made by Metal Hammer UK in an article back in 2009. All critical acclaim aside, Cannibal Corpse is, in fact, the biggest selling death metal band of all time: boasting over 2 million albums sold and 5 Billboard Top 200 debuts across thirteen full length releases. The band's latest, A Skeletal Domain, debuted at #32 on the Billboard Top 200, in addition to chart appearances across the globe, including Canada, UK, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Finland, France, and more. The album is host to a flurry of future classics; most notably the new fan favorite "Kill or Become", which has over 2 million views on YouTube. Consistency in both live performance and album content has garnered the band the most loyal and diehard fan base in extreme music. Vocalist George "Corpsegrinder" Fisher, bassist Alex Webster, drummer Paul Mazurkiewicz, and guitarists Pat O'Brien and Rob Barrett have been a solid unit since 2005, which lead to the release of Kill in 2006, and arguably their strongest string of releases to date. Since forming in 1988, the band has performed on most every continent, at most every festival, and with practically anyone one could name from the extreme music scene. And there's no indication that they plan to let up anytime soon.
