NAOMI NICE
A born entertainer, DJ Naomi Nice took her first steps on the dancefloor at the age of 9 months. No matter what event she was attending, it was inevitable for her to somehow end up behind the music, on the stage or attached to a microphone. After so many years of being on the dancefloor she finally tried her hands on the Wheels of Steel. She had her first headlining gig a few months later, playing alongside the infamous Mamma Miche at Lucky Bar in Victoria, BC.
Fast forward 12 years and you name it, DJ Naomi Nice has played it. With hundreds of professional DJ gigs under her belt, she has played almost every Club, Pub, Lounge and after hours party place in the city of Victoria, as well as many other appearances at private events, art shows, boat cruises, excersize classes and weddings on Vancouver Island and the Mainland. She was the resident 'window' DJ at the Levi Store, held weekly or monthly residencies at Suze, Sauce, Temple/Salute, Glo, Sugar Nightclub, The Office Lounge, Paparazzi Nightclub, and Q Bar in Victoria BC. She also had featured nights at the Pressroom in Nanaimo, BC. In 2009, DJ Naomi Nice gained International status when she travelled to Spain and DJ'd at the annual festival for the Running of the Bulls...not to mention having played alongside the likes of DJ Heather, Colette, DJ Dan, DJ Leanne, Greenskeepers and many other local superstars in Victoria, on the Island and Mainland.
Her unique style ranges from deep soulful sexy house to booty shaking blood thumping techno/progressive house. Whether she's spinning old school vinyl or little silver discs, this rare talent is not to be missed!
ANGRY SAMOAN
The ANGRY SAMOAN..... (a.k.a. DJ Keoni, a.k.a. Keoni Pokipala) Deep and Dark, down in the depths of the jungle there was a sound that was born. In that sound, there was a heartbeat. That heartbeat had the sound of a drum. That drum was where the DJ Keoni was born. Picking up his first dance album in 97' from NY's finest, Bad Boy Bill. He quickly realized the passion for the music.
Embracing the art and the sighing of Neo Tribe in 2000, he landed gigs with Sic vicious, DJ Brain and DJ Trevor from Moon Tribe. The Angry Samoans Tribal style was perfect for that time! In 2003 he embarked on a journey of his life time to Australia.
SIRRAK
Born in Edmonton Alberta, Sirrak has been surrounded by music his entire life. Learning to spin at the age of 13, this Canadian born DJ mixes across the entire West Coast of Canada from Whistler, Hope, Vancouver, Nanaimo, Tofino to Victoria. Influenced by his Parents, Sirrak began his dj’ing passion with Reggae & Motown. He soon after switched to Hip-hop and R&B. Having traveled to places such as Dubai, Sirrak witnessed the true potential of dance and house music... After discovering this amazing type of music he decided to bring it back with him to Canada. As one of West Coast DJs most rounded artists Sirrak can perform, play and rock to any crowd. After being a part of companies like TranceLAB (for 6 months) and having experience playing in clubs such as Touch Lounge and Sugar Night Club, Sirrak is ready for any kind of show. Being diverse is the key to success in this industry and that’s why Sirrak is the man. He is available to spin at corporate events, Weddings, Beach parties, lounges, restaurants and clubs. It’s always a good time when you’re partying with Sirrak.
