DAISY BLUE GRÖFF CD release party! With JANE SAWYER
Daisy Blue Gröff will be performing songs from her new CD "Sparrow In A Cycle" and debuting her new video. Daisy is best known for her band Painting Daisies, prairie dogs and prairie gods of the Canadian music scene for over a decade. Extensive touring brought the group through Canada, Iceland, Holland, Germany, and the US. Their first album "Flambescence" won an ARIA award for Best Folk Album and their second release "Fortissimo" earned them Entertainers of the Year (Nickelback, Jann Arden and Wide Mouth Mason were fellow nominees) at the Prairie Music Awards. Selected from 4,000 other acts, the Daisies won CBC's Great Canadian Music Dream (Nominated for a Gemini Award) and went on to release a third album "Phonography", produced by Grammy-Nominated Joby Baker. Now Daisy Blue Gröff has flown solo, and her new album "Sparrow In A Cyclone" is produced by Joby Baker and released onLawless+Uncommon Records.
