Anyone who has caught any of Neighbour and Trever's sets knows they rock a party- house, disco, electro, funk... they've closed the mainstage at soundwave for the last two years. Their sound is unique and aimed sqaurely at destroying dancefloors. Vintage disco, funk and hip hop are the obvious influences. Follow these roots through acid house, breaks and electro. Mix Neighour's vintage synth work and bass guitar with Trever's keyboard, vocoder and turntablism. Shake your ass and leave in the morning. These guys live music. Don't sleep.
Dj Primitive has been playing lounges, clubs, raves and festivals in B.C. for over 10 years. He has held residencies in Whistler, Vancouver and Victoria playing everything from downtempo mash ups to baltimore breaks and electro, from be bop jazz to chicago house. Expect deep funk, techno and house as Primitive heats up the dance.
