STONE COLD CRAZY was formed by happy accident in August 2008 when UBC's Ubyssey newspaper requested the formation of a Queen tribute for their 90-year anniversary. The guys had so much fun dressing up and rocking out in character that they've decided to take their love of Queen off-campus and into the hearts and minds of Vancouver's 70s-centric rock fans! Jesse Enright as Freddie Mercury: singer for post-glam rockers Scatterheart. Bill Johnston as Brian May: guitarist for instrumental prog-punk power trio Removal. Ferdy Belland as John Deacon: journeyman bassist (Feminists, Gentle Infidels). Paul Hermann as Roger Taylor: drummer for A Sheep At The Wheel, bassist for Scenery In Stereo.
