THE WILKINSONS are Canada’s favourite country music family. The trio, founded in 1998, is made up of lead singer Amanda Wilkinson, her brother Tyler Wilkinson, and their dad, Steve Wilkinson. The group recently moved back from Nashville, Tennessee to their roots in Belleville, Ontario and celebrated by recording their fifth album Home (2007 Fontana Records). They then shared it all with the rest of the country in their self-titled fictionalized "reality" television program on the Country Music Television Canada network. The series, which is a hybrid of comedy, reality and improv, features the rest of THE WILKINSONS family – mother Chris and youngest daughter Kiaya.
