Beverley McKeen is a Vancouver Island based Singer/songwriter, composing in multiple genres, folk, roots, pop, jazz, blues and rock. She boasts a large repertoire of well-known cover songs from the most famous performers.
McKeen has opened for The Mahones, Willie P Bennett, Luther Wright and the Wrongs and James Byrnes.
Beverley specializes in writing for a theme. If you have an event and want a song written for a specific person, wedding, party, anniversary, celebration of life, retirement, convocation, political idea, birthday... she can do that! Performing solo, as a duo, trio, 4 and 5 piece full band for all events including concerts, festivals, coffeehouses, house concerts, dance venues, corporate events and farm markets, she can do the gig. McKeen has played for 10 and 3000 and has lots great local and regional references. She has released 3 CDs of original songwriting, 2002, 2009, and 2013 and is currently recording more instrumental tracks for my 4th album project, 2026.
