Island Replication Services manufactures compact discs, CD-Roms and specialty shaped CD's.
The replication plant is in Vancouver, BC, with two injection molding machines capable of producing 40,000 discs per day.
We also have a state-of-the-art 5 colour screen printer capable of printing 3000 full colour discs per hour.
We do provide print services for inserts and tray cards at very competitive rates.
Packaging is also done on site, with automated equipment to insert the artwork and to overwrap the finished product.
