OBYC stands for Oak Bay Youth Council sponsored by the Oak Bay Police, they were a student out-reach program that held many teen dances, mostly at Oak Bay High School. A council member Ron Wright in 1968-69 helped promote and produced the dances.
For physical events that happen at a specific time. For example a concert, or dance performance. If there are multiple shows, you can still duplicate your event to cover them all.
