An esteemed jazz musician for well over 20 years, bassist Sean Drabitt is a “first call” performer on the local scene. Drabitt is justly famed as a classic jazz bassist in his own right – he has spent a lot of time in New York and New Orleans, and was invited on gigs by the likes of Betty Carter and Kenny Kirkland. Drabitt will be performing his tribute to Jaco Pastorious, the supremely funky bass virtuoso most famous for his work with Weather Report.
