About

No Ghost

NO GHOST began in the beginning of 2008 when guitarist/vocalist Lewis Kizanis and pianist Tyler Hewett began chicken scratching songs in the garage of Tyler’s parent’s house in the outskirts of Seattle. Influenced by the Beatles, U2 and Coldplay, Tyler and Lewis dreamed of building a band around their melody driven rock songs. Playing shows in the Seattle area early on as Audioart and going through different lineups, No Ghost’s blueprint was laid out in 2011 when drummer James Coots, guitarist Chris App and bassist Phil Koch joined the band. Each had been building their music careers in acclaimed local bands around Seattle and Denver. The addition of these three musician created a more danceable element to the band and thus No Ghost was born.
