About

make the lion

Label: indie
since circa 2005
we are making animals.
we are building a creature.
it has legs. it flails.
it secretes self-doubt.
it is self conscious and wants to be loved.
it charges ahead blindly, leaves behind skin like a snake.

make the lion is influenced by radiohead, nirvana, sonic youth, pj harvey, arcade fire, pink floyd sigur ros, the cape may, and each other. we do, however, find that there is an undefined quality to the music we create, something that hasnt been heard or felt before, at least not in this sequence, form, disposition or context.
