The Crofton Art Group promotes camaraderie and support to fellow artists in developing their skills and abilities in the pursuit of their art.
We welcome anyone interested in painting, whether a beginner or an experienced artist.
We encourage and support the development of our art by periodically bringing artists to our meetings to educate and inform with demonstrations and workshops.
We join together to create, educate and support one another in the pursuit of our art and we look forward to anyone to come by, chat, learn and potentially join the group.
The year of Covid has challenged the world to look outside our various boxes to find new and different
ways of pursuing lives, careers, sport, art and our dreams.
The Crofton Art Group is facing those challenges with you.
With the 2020 Fall Art Show and the 2021 Spring Show being in limbo, we made the decision to embrace social media, develop web and Facebook pages thereby bringing our members art to you.
You have been there supporting our local artists in the pursuit of their work by attending the fall and spring shows
in the past so now we invite you to visit our website.
We hope you will find it fun and interesting. We have included biographies of some of the members,
history of the club, resources and skills pages and pictures. There is also the "Art Galley" page where
you will find works by our talented members that are available for sale.
If you are interested in a particular piece all you have to do is email [email protected]
We respond within 24 hours and will arrange with you the best possible method of viewing
the original work, pick up or delivery and payment, all within Covid safe principles.
Be well and safe and take a moment to enjoy our very first
Crofton Art Group webpage!!
