Cornelia van Voorst

Cornelia van Voorst is a contemporary artist with a studio practice in Victoria, BC, Canada. Her interest is in the resonance of history within intergenerational memory and how we think about war, trauma, good and evil, and the nature of love. Cornelia studied fine art at the Northern Sydney Institute and The National Art School in Sydney, Australia. Her studies have continued with the Vancouver Island School of Art, and the Arc.hive ARC Mentorship Program. She is currently Artist in Residence at Abbey Church, Victoria, BC
