MOON GYPSY is a refreshingly exciting band among the latest crop of intelligent and imaginative hard-rock hopefuls emerging from Vancouver's bountiful music scene. Powered by the winning charisma and multi-octaved Cornellian pipes of lead vocalist Rob Krys and the virtuoso combo performance of Alex Red (lead and rhythm guitar), Tristram (bass guitar), and Paco (drums and percussion), Moon Gypsy carve out a gripping and unique blend of funk-tinged hard rock and prog-fusion chops which hasn't been seen since the days when King's X, Mind Funk, Infectious Grooves and Living Color were making their names on the international worlds of rock.
