About

Jeremy Walsh and Sabrina Kufner

circa 2003 - circa 2005
Just imagine for one moment the meeting of two of Canada?s finest singer/songwriters. One an undiscovered ?..virtuoso vocal talent..? and the other ?..one of the finest of his generation.. a masterful entertainer..? A combination of soaring harmonies and high energy rhythms that can move you to tears and have you leap out of your seat at the same time. This merger has created a duo like no other. Their songs captivate music lovers of every generation and inspire through emotionally charged lyrics of love, loss, triumph and self discovery. Jeremy first heard Sabrina singing on The New VI?s Speakers Corner in Victoria and was completely enthralled by her music and presence. A little over a month later he could not believe his luck in seeing her face on a poster for show that evening. Inspired by her powerful voice and heartfelt songs of true life, he had to meet her. They fell in love with each others music and the rest is history. With her ? .. gift for singing..? as said by Rita MacNeil, Sabrina?s voice has been blowing audiences away her entire life. Walsh, a seasoned performer, brings to the duo his infinite skill as a singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist which is evident given his track record of success. A former member of the now defunct Canadian Celtic band Scruj Macduhk whose talents contributed to a Juno nomination.Together their original music blends acoustic rock, folk, roots, pop and west coast charm with subtle Celtic and Appalachian notes. Influenced by artists like Cat Stevens, The Indigo Girls, Van Morrison, and Joni Mitchell their voices blend perfectly creating passionate sultry lows and spine tingling angelic heights that are absolutely unforgettable.
