Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5:30 pm Some weekends and evenings (depending on workshops and evening class schedule)

An accredited private art school offering a one-year Certificate of Visual Arts. Courses are available on an individual basis and can be taken outside of a program. There are a wide-range of courses and workshops for beginners and more advanced artists. Topics covered: drawing, painting, art history, critical studies, photography and video art. The Vancouver Island School of Art also has a non-profit art gallery The Slide Room Gallery.
