Imagine Dockside Industrial meets Asian Fusion Decor, with lashings of Shabby Chic and Hand Painted Boho, and you will have conjured up Tangerine Dream Gallery and Studio. Once a fish processing plant, and most recently home to Emily Morgan Studio, this rather utilitarian space has been transformed into a funky and bright gallery, with a working artist studio next door that does double duty as a workshop space, offering a wide range of classes and workshops on offer from local artists and artisans.
The gallery is situated on the waterfront in the vibrant, eclectic seaside village of Cowichan Bay, in the Cowichan Valley, British Columbia, with breathtaking views of the boats, floating homes, and nearby Salt Spring Island. Brightly painted tangerine rolling barn doors with driftwood handles separate the gallery from the studio space.
The current exhibition of work includes recent work by gallery owners Lesley Fountain and Pipi Tustian, as well as original paintings by Wendy Oppelt and Daciana Dao, ceramics by Susan Whitham, wood carvings and prints by Richard Shaw, prints and cards by Carol Anne Shaw, and glass jewelry by Cheryl Bakke Martin.
For physical events that happen at a specific time. For example a concert, or dance performance. If there are multiple shows, you can still duplicate your event to cover them all.
