In this special afternoon dance workshop you will discover the extraordinary in the everyday. Tasks, games, natural movement and improvisation will gently guide us into dancing. Topics such as postural alignment, efficiency in movement, balance, and coming in and out of the floor will be explored. This workshop is geared toward those with a little or a lot of dance in their lives, or simply to those with a desire to move. Comfortable clothes, bare feet and a love of music will be essential. No experience necessary - All ages welcome
$20 pp.
