Garth Davis’s affecting feature debut is an adaptation of the true story of Saroo Brierley – lost as a child and adopted by an Australian couple, he sets out to retrace his Indian family 25 years later. Nominated for 6 Oscars and winner of many other international awards. AUS/USA/UK 2016 rated PG

The HUB Film Club is a new community cinema at the HUB in Cowichan Station. Started in May of 2016, our aim is to bring people of all ages together over good films and of course, popcorn! The Hub Film Club screens a film on the fourth Friday of every month all the year ’round and we invite you to be a part of it, in fact it can’t exist without you!
