When?
July 25th at 10:00am
These are interesting times on Vancouver Island and throughout the coastal areas:
The tourism sector is booming, especially Indigenous tourism
We are quite possibly home to more artists per capita than anywhere else in Canada
Digital technologies are facilitating unprecedented collaboration and value creation
Now is the time to capitalize on our strengths in arts and culture by integrating this sector into ongoing regional economic development and tourism activities.
Please join us for a conversation about how we can amplify our regional assets by using existing and emerging digital platforms and tools to facilitate broad collaboration and promotion.
This 2-hour virtual meeting will be facilitated by strategist Inga Petri. For close to 10 years Inga been helping Canada’s arts and culture sector integrate digital technologies. In 2015 she facilitated the development of the national Digital Innovation Council for Performing Arts.
