Annik Moyal-Waldman, M.Ed., boasts more than 15 years of extensive consulting & facilitation experience in leadership, change management, community development, holistic psychotherapy and professional life & business coaching. Her work celebrates a tireless advocacy for truth-telling, and a passion for catalyzing greater evolutionary consciousness. This remains true whether Annik is crafting her first book about the Feminine Sacred, conscious leadership and cultural evolution, or harnessing her passion for facilitating transformation. As a professional change agent with a trailblazing and pioneering spirit, Annik's indomitable spirit and light elevate all those in her presence. Indeed, if you ask her what she came into this life to do, Annik will tell you, as Emile Zola has: she has come to "live out loud."

As a creative alchemist and inspired educator, Annik has extensive experience designing and facilitating leadership, change & transformation with multitudes of individual, organizational and community clients. Annik's signature marriage of psychology with spiritual guidance shines the way for women to uncover their gifts and life purpose. She uses intuitive, finely honed active listening skills, focusing, creative visualization, and a myriad of other techniques to draw out a client's brilliance and wisdom. Annik takes great pleasure in inspiring women to honor their uniqueness and sacredness. She is highly skilled at awakening a woman's highest, best Self, and is passionate about inciting her clients to reclaim their fiery passion, aliveness and centre for personal power. In the process, she leaves women re-discovering their own luminous light!

Annik has also taught female entrepreneurs & executives how to create better balance, self-care and boundary-setting in their lives. She feels blessed to be presently founding a women's consciousness circle in her local Vancouver Island community, and working with a Native Elder in co-creating an empowerment and transformation program especially geared to women. Annik is deeply grateful for the rich affiliation she enjoys with Women in Power, Inner Yaga, Women on the Edge of Evolution and The Shift Network.

On her writing front, Annik offers clients writing & communications services in business, marketing, website content, grant and proposal writing. Clients often refer to Annik as an 'idea incubator' & 'heart tank'. As a talented intuitive, she is a catalyst who leaves people infectiously energized, charged up and infused with insights and clarity. She delights in helping clients make lasting impressions, by assisting them in communicating with punch, panache, polish and pizzazz. As Annik has an affinity and appreciation for the unique role the Arts play in inspiring and elevating us, she is delighted to manage the Marketing & Media Relations portfolio for the Greater Victoria Performing Arts Society.

Annik's passion for the expressive arts includes a background in musical theatre & the performing arts. After singing sublime jazzy numbers in a couple of shows on the Sunshine Coast, Annik daringly flung herself into her first operetta -- to rave reviews! In 2012, she felt privileged to perform in Eve Ensler's award-winning production entitled The Vagina Monologues. Annik will also confess to harboring a not so secret love affair with her 5 Rhythms Dance practice!

Last but not least, Annik enjoys supporting her life partner in the capacity of Development Director of Pinnacle Lists and West Coast Men's Support Society. She is blessed to live with her beautiful family in the Cowichan Valley, where she can be found relishing in dance, yoga, nature walks, music, entertaining, photography and interior décor.
